Victoria Lapacek is a California, Bay Area native. With a background in entertainment and communications, she aims to promote and spread liberty, starting at the grass roots. She spends her time and talents serving the bay area community through local volunteerism. Victoria’s goals are to help others understand that the ideal society is a free society and with freedom comes responsibility and hard work.
