The purpose of this Affiliate Support Handbook is to serve as an all‑encompassing guide designed to help County Affiliate Executive Committees, as well as their Central Committee Members, understand how affiliates operate at the county level in relation to the Party at the state level. It is purposely intended to be as comprehensive as possible, and updated as soon as information changes or new information becomes available.
