- Campus Coordinator - Responsible for the development and nurturing of libertarian on-campus organizations.
- Candidate Recruitment, Ted Brown, Chair - Responsible for recruiting candidates for office who run serious campaigns and lend credibility to our party.
- Candidate Support, Frank Manske, Chair - Responsible for supporting candidates who run serious campaigns and lend credibility to our party.
- Coalition Building, Erich Miller, Chair - Responsible for reaching out and coordinating activities with other organizations when their goals are compatible with our own.
- Convention Funding & Development, Allen Hacker, Chair - Responsible for facilitating fully-attended LPC Conventions.
- Judicial, Rodney Austin, Chair - Responsible as the final body of appeal in all Party matters, subject to the provision that a decision of the committee may be overturned by a three-quarters vote of a convention.
- Legal - Responsible for the recruitment of legal resources for strategic lawsuits against governmental agencies and providing general legal support for the party.
- Marketing and Branding, Mark Johnson, Chair -- Responsible for defining, developing, packaging and delivering an effective Libertarian Party of California brand in a cost-effective manner to the political marketplace, and ensuring a consistent message be conveyed in all public communications and appearances.
- Media Relations, Richard Newell, Chair - Responsible for media relations and the solicitation, review and submission of guest opinion columns.
- Member Communications, Bruce Cohen, Chair - Responsible for overseeing the production of the party newspaper and any e-mail communications.
- Member Recruitment, M Carling, Chair - Responsible for recruiting new party members.
- Member Retention, M Carling, Chair - Responsible for retaining existing members by making them feel welcome and appreciated.
- Political Education, Frank Manske, Chair - Responsible for developing answers to questions that appeal to the mainstream public.
- Public Access Television, Mark Selzer, Chair - Responsible for developing and promoting libertarian public access television shows.
- Volunteer Development, Allen Hacker, Chair - Responsible for the recruitment, nurturing and organizing of volunteers for party activities.
- Voter Registration, Bruce Dovner, Chair - Responsible for increasing the number of registered Libertarian voters.
- Website and Infrastructure, Kevin Takenaga, Chair - Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of all party websites, databases, and computer systems.
