Executive Director Dave Ruprecht Talks about "Ready Returns"

David Ruprecht, Executive Director of the Libertarian Party of California, is featured in a piece on KNBC in Los Angeles.  He's featured towards the end of the piece and talks about how California's unprecedented "Ready Returns" program is like "a fox guarding the henhouse."  Even though the piece noted that 50% of the California legislature was opposed to the Franchise Tax Board taking such a drastic step, neither the Democrats or Republicans had a spokesperson: the Libertarians were the only party represented!
